Tim Schroeder

Tim Schroeder serves as an Advisory Partner at Miner Lake. In this capacity, he advises Miner Lake and its clients on critical leadership topics Tim brings a deep leadership background in the building materials, luxury brands and architecture/design industries across numerous functions including, business and brand development, operational excellence, OEM sourcing and supply and others.

Tim is the Founder of Spellacy Schroeder, a consulting firm providing business development and consulting services to design driven brands. Prior to opening Spellacy Schroeder, Tim founded Duravit USA, the first international subsidiary for Duravit AG and served as President & CEO for North America for 25 years. With market experience across the US, Canada, Mexico and Europe, Tim brings a unique set of skills to support clients reach impactful outcomes. Tim holds a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
