Steve serves as an Advisory Partner with Miner Lake. In this capacity, Steve helps drive strategic initiatives such as commercial growth and delivery excellence and has a wealth of knowledge, industry expertise and experience to further build our capabilities to deliver superior results to our clients.

Steve brings with him a distinguished career, most notably from his time at Eaton, where he held various leadership roles contributing to the company's growth and excellence as a diversified industrial leader. He is a seasoned human resources executive with over three decades of experience at Eaton, retiring as the Senior Vice

President of Human Resources for Eaton's $13+ Billion Electrical Sector. Throughout his tenure at Eaton, Steve held several key leadership roles including Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Industrial Sector, and Vice President, Human Resources, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Steve is actively involved in academic and professional communities such as the Cleveland State University Foundation Board, Cleveland State University College of Business Visiting Committee, and Program Director, Chief Human Resources Officers Council III at The Conference Board.

Steve holds a Bachelor's degree from Cleveland State University and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
