Erin Swartout serves as an Affiliate Consultant with Miner Lake and is the Founder of Intersections Consulting Group (ICG), a Talent and Organizational Development Consulting firm. With over 20 years of consulting experience in talent and organizational development, Erin has a proven track record of driving transformational change in complex business models. She knows how to catalyze and sustain progress to help organizations realize greater value.

She's held leadership roles at global, Fortune 500 companies including, Masco Corporation, The Kellogg Company, and Marriott International. She's also partnered with diverse organizations including start-ups, law enforcement, government, military, and the intelligence community.

Erin leverages her technical background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with her deep and wide practical experience in implementing organizational solutions to meet client needs.

Through Intersections Consulting Group, Erin brings a unique blend of expertise, creativity, candor, and care to help organizations navigate complex challenges and achieve their full potential. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
