Christine serves as an Affiliate Consultant with Miner Lake and helps clients with executive assessment and selection. She brings over 25 years of external consulting experience working with a wide range of organizations. Her work has spanned numerous industries (e.g., finance, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, transportation, technology, protective services, and hospitality) and organizational sizes from start-up to the Fortune 50.

She’s previously held consulting and leadership positions at large talent consulting firms including LHH, SHL, CEB, Gartner, and Aon.

In 2024, she founded Scheu Talent Consulting Services, LLC to bring quality science-backed services with a more personalized approach to her clients. Her approach is to meet clients where they are with practical solutions, empathy, experience, and best practices. She provides services in the areas of leadership development, assessment, selection, succession, coaching, competency modeling, and more.

She holds an MA and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University and has numerous conference presentations as a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
